      1. Hello friend…well, yes, it keeps the mind sharp. Here is the traditional (Ibo) interpretation of the proverb: a strong/able person who refuses to carry out a task assigned to him, will definitely hide his face in shame if a less stronger person does the same job better and faster.

    1. You’re welcome. When I posted the proverb, I knew it would be quite hard for most people (this includes some of my Ibo brothers and sisters) to figure out. I think subsequent proverbs will come along with footnotes that will help the reader, hence create a more interactive platform.
